The customer objectives was to manage a major technology change from the Microsoft technologies to the Java platform. Technology changes was managed from the multiple point of view: Project delivery, Team up skilling, Finance, Architecture...

The technology change process was divided into 3 main phases: Scope, Elaboration and Implementation and applied to multiple projects and teams.

Phase objectives was defined with the IT management and a transversal organization was set up to capitalize experience, control the risk, build a common framework, inforce good practices en up skill the development teams.
