The customer was enable to deploy a critical web application, part of a huge european-wide SAP application. The web application has to support 2000 users, but fails to support 50 users.

The Web application was based on Websphere with a complex production infrastructure.

Performance tests was operated with Mercury Load Runner, Tivoli Performance Manager, Websphere 5.1 on SUN Solaris.

The audit and optimization was applied to 4 applications.
